Welcome to the Service Management System @ TC

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a service / work management system.

Every support request is assigned a unique job number. You can use this job number to track the progress and responses to your request online via this portal. We will record and archive history of all your service requests.

How to get started: You can either sign in using your TC account (recommend) or if you are a visitor or parent, a valid email address is all that is required to submit a new service request.
